This TODO list contains small and medium-sized tasks that need to be done in order for the project to move forward. If there are dependancies between the task, they should be listed chronologically (things that needs to be done first are on the top.) This is how you use the list:
- When you've done something on the list, move it to the DONE section
- Then write a few words on what you did, how it went and what you learned.
- Finally add any new tasks to the TODO list as appropriate.
- Tasks can be removed from the DONE tasks list when they have gotten really old.
Big Brother: We need a membership database of some sort
Calender: We need a stable working calender for easier communication with the other groups using humla. The current one is unreachable more often than not.
Collaboration: Go through the list of other organizations that might be interested in working together with us, and update the list with current information.
Improve Internet access: Workshops for a larger group relying on wifi are somewhat risky at the moment.
Workshops: Use name and logo to create identity, and promote organization. There are still many future members left in the dark. One really great way to do that is arranging workshops and events.
Open bank account: When organization is registered, a board member needs to open a bank account for the organization. Update membership payment instructions to use this new bank account.
Register the organization: General assembly meeting has decided on the name (Hackeriet) and organizational form. The board needs to sign and file the paper to formally register the organization.
Find a suitable location: Check the Places page for requirements, then add suggestions there as you find them.
Fix web page: Fix it with proper name and logo. Replace "Makers" with "Hackeriet" so everything is consistent. Fix DNS so that both http://hackeriet.no and http://hackeriet.org works. DNS is now up and runnning --comotion, Aug 2011
