Barely Legal

The hacker space needs to be registered as a legal entity. That means we need a set of rules to abide by.

I've been in talks with Thomas Gramstad from EFN. He's currently in the process of creating a "Samvirke". I believe that would be a good organization form for the Hackerspace as well. A draft of their rules are Available online. Once they are finished they will be placed under an open document license which would allow us to adjust them to our purposes.

We will probably need to work out some other legal documents as time go by, but we'll face that hurdle when we get there.
