Rent is 7000 NOK. - 3 month cancelation, 3 month security deposit.

There are two toilets, some loft areas, a big room suitable for a hackerspace, two offices and a room suitable for a studio, as well as a kitchen.

Nordaaker would be able to provider internet through their fiber connection from powertech (located in 2. floor).

There's also a cantina in the 2. floor that might be available for presentations and such in the evening.

Finance

We need to start collecting membership fees asap.

We should also look for corporate sponsors.

Nordaaker is willing to pay 1000 of the rent for use of the studio as studio for their biweekly podcast http://ping.is/.

JavaBin might be interested in relocating their office on Helsfyr to the location.
