# How to set up a meeting (using meetup)
1. Find some available place and time
* If Humla, [reserve time](http://humla.info/cal) in the booking calendar.
* If Noworking, make sure Marcus (aka _imarcusthis_) is available to let us in. He can be found on IRC or the mailing list.
2. Create a meetup page
* Go to [Makers' meetup group](http://meetup.com/makers). You must be a member of the meetup group to do this step.
* Sign up or log in, and at the group's "home" page you must click "Schedule a new meetup" (all members can schedule new meetups).
* Fill in all the required details (name of event, where, when, any special agenda items, etc).
1. Announce it on the [mailing list](mailto:oslohackerspace@lists.subsignal.org)
* Make sure to include the URL to the meetup page you just created.
